The Georgia Branch of the Huguenot Society of the Founders of Manakin in the Colony of Virginia was formally organized on 16 November, 1935 in Atlanta, Georgia. The Georgia Branch currently has 104 members. We have two meetings in Atlanta per year, Spring and Fall.

The 2011 Spring Meeting was held on April 2 at the Ansley Golf Club in Atlanta. Dr. Laura Musselwhite spoke on "The Manakin Catalyst: Religious Reformation in France and Beyond."

The 2011 Fall Meeting was held on Saturday, October 1 at the Ansley Golf Club in Atlanta. Mr. Brian Hampton spoke on "The Economic Foundation of the Huguenot Migration."
